California Trip

We drove to Santa Rosa last weekend to visit family. We left Thursday night and made it to the beautiful town of Winnemucca. Friday morning we went to Reno for breakfast, then drove through Lake Tahoe on our way to Roseville to visit Uncle Dad and Aunt Leslie.


Saturday we went on tour of Santa Rosa. I was born there. Ryan showed us where we used to live and where he went to school and our old houses. Then we went to visit Grandma and Grandpa in Cloverdale.
Sunday we went to the Armstrong Redwoods and to Bodega Bay. It was so cold on the beach. Then we had a family picnic at a park in Cloverdale. It was great to see so many of the Andrew's while we were there. We were lucky enough to stay with Uncle Dale and Aunt Janice. It was so fun to stay with them and get to know them better. (Thanks again for kicking your children out of their beds for us!) Trevor did really well in the car. I think he may be sick of all the toys we took and needs new ones ;) Also he is still on California time and doesn't want to go to bed until 10:30pm.
