Meet Randy

 This is our Elf on the Shelf, Randy.  This a new tradition we have started this year with the kids.  Trevor wakes up excited to find randy every morning.  And we like having another way to get Trevor to behave.  He doesn't want Randy to tell Santa he has been bad :)

Also this year my mom has given the kids an advent calendar.  It has clues to help find a gift everyday.  Trevor is really liking it and asks if we can find another prize all day.  Lola just like chasing Trevor around.
