Early in April we had the backyard leveled and it looked so awesome we had to turn it into grass. Trevor would pray at dinner and say "we're welcome for our backyard". Talk about a lot of pressure when your 3 year old prays for a backyard.
Chad worked so HARD at getting it done. He rented a trencher and did the sprinklers, with the help of a few neighbors. He worked every night for 3+ weeks. Our neighbor Dominic was an amazing help, he was here almost every night. Trevor played so hard every night in the dirt, he loved all the dirt hills and trenches to play in.
We ordered 5,500 feet of sod, but it wasn't enough we had to get more at Home Depot. We had lots of help from neighbors and friends. Our yard is amazing! It looks like a golf course. Chad and I have to tag out to mow it, it's so big. Can't wait for next year when we get our fence in.
