If you are happy and you know it.......

Trevor is the happiest baby! He has reached the milestone to be big enough to turn around in the car. I did a ton of research trying to find the best car seat. I found it at WalMart for $170, then I found it at Costco for $144, and then I found it and bought it at Sams Club for $98 !!!! Then came the question "do I keep him rear facing or flip him around?" There was a news story about keeping kids rear facing as long as possible. Even though the norm is once they are 1 and over 20 pounds, you can face them forward. So after talking to our pediatrician I decided to face him forward. So I stopped by one of those car seat check points just to make sure it was in right. Well the lady there pretty much yelled at me to keep him rear facing! So then I was so torn about which way to face him. Do I listen to the crazy car seat lady or the pediatrician? I chose to face him forward. He likes it. He likes to see us and see where he is going. Hopefully I made the right choice.
Chad has been gone all week. He had to work in Green River, Moab and Page AZ. We sure missed him! We did find a new babysitter, a girl in the neighborhood. She said Trevor was such a happy baby! I hope I paid her enough, I haven't really paid anyone but family. And you can totally under pay family :)

What a cute little guy, he is absolutely adorable!! The carseat dilema is hard I kept Kash backwards until he was like 16 months but he was also so little. Its hard to know what to do. I am sure you made the right decision for YOUR little guy. :) Your a great mom.

We turned Dylon around sooner than the crazy carseat lady would have approved of. It is so much funner having them forward, and it seems less safe with their legs all crammed up against the seat when they are backwards!
