We Miss You Elaine!!

Today Trevor and I went to Provo to participate in the Intermountain Healing Hearts Heart Walk. We drove down with Mom and McKenzie, they both rode in the back seat with Trevor, they hadn't seen him for weeks! It was great weather and they had a great turn out. Dad, Kerlyn and Buddy met us there. We wore Buzz Lightyear bands to remember Elaine, even Buddy showed his support (Buddy is Dad's dog) Trevor even got his face painted, he had a blast! He fell asleep before we hit the freeway home ;)

I have started brushing Trevor's teeth. He is not too sure about it, but lets me do it.
Over Labor Day, we labored! We painted the garage floor with an epoxy paint. It had a lot of steps, so it took forever. But it was fun to throw the paint flakes onto the wet paint. Chad also stained the back deck. I would have liked to sit around all weekend and do nothing, but Chad had other ideas for us :) Also since we had everything out of the garage we decided to make snow cones for the neighborhood (we ended up with an industrial snow cone maker) While Trevor and I were next door inviting the kids over a man stopped to ask directions and left with directions and a snow cone ;) It was a nice way to meet all the kids on the street. One of the girls told me we needed to make snow cones everyday!

So fun that you are brushing Trev's teeth! I can't belive he is almost 1. That was a quick year. He is growing up so fast.

K that is hilarious that you have a snow cone maker! You'll have to whip that out next time we're in town! Brushing the teeth is always so fun! Miss Pretty just likes sucking all the flavor off the tooth brush after I finish brushing them.
