We were late to the Heart Walk this year due to traffic. But we made it in time for 1 lap of the walk. It was great weather for a walk. Trevor and Lola got to play on the playground. But when I lost Trevor for a minute it was hard to find him with all the kids in red shirts.
Trevor had fun chasing the butterflies that were released in the ceremony. I am so proud of Aunt Melissa being part of the planning of this great event. I sure miss little Elaine.
After the walk we went to Rumbi's for lunch, one of our favorites. This is a picture of Trevor and I doing a "cheers".
The kids didn't make it very far before they were asleep. I wish I could sleep in the car.

I am sorry that I didn't go to the walk this year. You need a car that can hold 5 so you can take me everywhere with you. Hey, is that why you purposely got a car that would only hold 4???
Thank you Thank you for braving the traffic and coming. It was nice to have you there, even if I don't get to visit with you....I truly appreciate it and your beautiful children. Thanks for loving Elaine!
